Well, another great learning experience for me! Just when I thought that I was catching up on my assignments, I realized that I didn't know as much about iMovie as I thought. I had played with it, but I had never put together a project with stills. I made so many mistakes, but each one taught me a good lesson.
I spent approximately 25 hours before determining that the project was as complete as it was going to be; I really needed to spend time on my Performance Analysis activities. Unfortunately it looks much like a student project, no whistles and no bells, but it was a great deal of fun. I love learning from my own mistakes, I always learn so much more. Wow, what a great concept, let the students learn from their mistakes.... It's just too bad they don't have 25 hours to spend "focusing their learning" on a "single" concept!

Great job, Kim.
I can understand your feeling about fussing over the "completeness" of your project. I don't know how many "final" versions of my project I went through. Every time I would run my movie there would be something that I wanted to change. But I agree with you, this project was fun. I can't wait to do more....time permitting.
Hi Kim,
Cute turtle! I take it you are a doodler.
I think you movie is very nice and shows all of the effort that you put in to it!
Kim - nice job. I used iMovie before and understand your frustrations, but you have a great final product. Love the music!
Love your Movie Kim!
Your 25 hours paid off! The imovie is fun and I like the end result.
The sequencing was nice and kept me watching. Thank you for a great little imovie.

Awesome. Now I can draw a turtle. I'll have to show that to my daughter. I bet she could do it with your video. She won the kindergarten drawing contest. Also, all of your websites look so nice. You really have a great sense of design when it comes to making your sites.
Your project shows the amount of time and thought put into it; in other words, a quality movie that is fun, entertaining, and easy to watch. I understand that you feel that your project isn't totally done as I feel exactly the same way about mine!
You did a terrific job, Kim!
Fun instructional video. Good pacing. iMovie does definitely have a learning curve, and i too have struggled to know when a project is "done"!
Great doodling tips! I love how a few lines and shapes turned into an animal. I'm going to show this video to my students--I teach art but do very little drawing as it's my weakness--never got the training myself. Just be careful to be gender neutral--how do you know my turtle was a "he?"
